个人简介:

        周策凡,湖北工业大学副教授。武汉大学微生物学(生物医药工程方向)博士,武汉市曙光计划获得者,湖北省省级人才。近五年主要基于细胞自噬及Wnt/β-catenin信号通路对肿瘤发生、转移的分子机制及相关分子药物方向展开研究。以第一或通讯作者在Molecular Cancer、Autophagy(2篇)、Cell Insight、Cell Death Disease、Cell Commun Signal等期刊发表多篇SCI论文。授权国家发明专利5项。国家外专局/教育部细胞调控与分子药物“111”引智基地办公室主任,国家自然科学基金评审专家、深圳市科创委基础研究专项、成都市科技局科技专项评审专家。中国细胞生物学学会(CSCB)、美国癌症协会(AACR)、美国科学促进会(AAAS)、加拿大分子生物科学学会及中国生物化学与分子生物学学会(CSBMB)会员。

        主要学术成果包括:①利用细胞及斑马鱼模型阐明了STYK1、TSPAN1以及RUNDC1等因子通过Ⅲ类磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PtdIns3K-C1)及SNARE复合体促进细胞自噬起始和融合的分子机制;②阐明了FAM83A、STYK1以及LncRNA-PVT1等因子对Wnt/β-catenin及自噬信号通路的互作机制,及其对胰腺癌发生、发展和耐药的分子机理;③聚焦胰腺癌Kras级联信号联合自噬或Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的交叉协同及治疗策略。
